If my favourite was barbeloth, I would've woken up 6142 years later in some sort of strange place that's actually another planet only to see the world has completely changed and "humans" would not have physical forms anymore with no way to contact those said "humans". After a while I would become insane and then I'll try to make some friends with animals but those animals are actually bloodthirsty monster and after running from them for years I finally got brutally killed by one but since somehow my consciousness got transmitted to the monster I had to share it's body with it but i couldn't do anything but helplessly watch as the monster kills more strange organisms.
But Barbeloth is not my favourite so idk why I wrote that
