I doubt Amber, Diluc, Jean and such are in their early twenties.
Since in the Genshin manga, they looked pretty much the same as they do now, and Collei is still a young kid during the events of the manga.
So I'd assume theres atleast a 10-year gap between the events of the manga and the game's events.
Oh, and some more evidence, Diluc's 18th birthday was a flashback WITHIN the manga, implying that he was already an adult during those events. So I'd say he's most likely in his 30s now, which would make sense.

i don't really play genshin much, much less interact with it's community but i'm surprised that lots of them have human ages.
i mean, tbf, they are human and not some youkai but still.
Where did they get the ages? Like Diluc's, for example. I know Albedo's, but what about the others? Mika looks younger than that.
