I can’t imagine the propaganda happening in Snezhnaya lol. Imagine you live under a monarchy where the queen has a good cause, but allocates a ton of resources to that cause that isn’t directly impacting you negatively or positively. Then on top of that, her closest circle is a bunch of different people with varying agendas, and some are nutty and some are actually very respectable, and the 2 that people liked the most have both been “killed” in other nations, and both their deaths have been connected to those nations’ archons. I’m not trying to make any real world connections, I’m just saying their political climate is very unique and rapidly shifting, and that can be a difficult atmosphere for citizens.
We all know its the Goat Capitano. Next probably a mixed beside Columbina we don't know if she had subordinates in the first place so I'd say Signora/Arlecchino, childe, sandrome, Scaramouche, dottore.
We don't know how pantalone (idk how to spell his name) and the midget old man guy are yet.
