Technically, Traveler should be HM in every nation because even if Traveler didn’t do anything, as a descender his presence alone changes fate, which is the ultimate reason to why every nation got saved

Natlan was traveller and mavuika, mavuika knew he was a decender and wanted him to change the fate ronova had mentioned to xbalanque
Nod krai is a bit tricky but I guess that is also traveller since lauma couldn't find moon marrow, flins would die, nefer would die without dainslief and columbina(dain agreed to team up because of traveller and columbina would have stayed in cave without him) and columbina would disappear with no one noticing since traveller is the only one visiting her. Even if she didn't, dottore would have all tree moons because columbina would not sacrifice herself without traveller
Neuvillette would be HM cuz he saved fontaine in the last minute only because and after FOCALOR'S (furina's divinity) plan worked, so in fontaine 90%+ of the work was done by Furina alone… All alone
