Reminds of a bag that existed around 3-4 years ago shown in some video here, when it was possible to use dozens of ults on Xiangling without dissipating with time, and after teleporting they flew throught whole map for miles until they circling around the character again.
I went into genshin and tested this. Skirk can outrun the boomerang with her tap skill- you were just spacing out the sprints wrongly
Edit: This is what does NOT work Using Skirk’s held skill then sprinting Using Skirk’s tap skill and holding sprint
I used the team of C0R1 Yelan (for getting rid of Timmie’s birds, she was not used to run), C0R0 Skirk on Haran, and C6 Collei on Hamayumi. No food buffs were needed.
