Howevet for Childe and Skirk I loved throwing Childe as a weapon in the one minigame and also Childe can be the most annoying person sometimes so understandable.

Skirk actually has high hopes for Childe. the reason she didnt want to see him, is not only because she's strong, but because she doesnt want him to be one of Surtalogi's targets to kill once he comes back to take everything away from Skirk. So by acting as if she's not attacthed to him, she keeps Childe safe, even if she really wanted to make connections with him.
Even Childe respects her, but doesnt know the true reason behind Skirk's distance from him. The reason she threw him away from the Abyss after their training is because she thought that was the effective way of him becoming scared of her, in order to not form bonds. But in reality, Childe already had formed a bond with Skirk, its just that she keeps denying it in order to keep him safe from Surtalogi
So i'd say its a good relationship, even if its temporarily one sided. Its one-sided for a good reason; safety.
