I made a massive mistake in my Patch 6.3 artifact guide. Ineffa is actually the secret to maximizing Lunar Reaction damage. Here is why. While I previously suggested Columbina should stick to Silken Moon Serenade, I completely overlooked how Ineffa interacts with the new “Aubade of Morningstar and Moon” set. Because Lunar Charged reactions scale based on the stats of ALL contributing characters (Hydro & Electro), Ineffa’s personal damage and Crit stats directly boost the team’s total reaction ceiling. If you are running the Ineffa-Columbina core in the Nod-Krai meta, you need to see these numbers.
