i think anemo is the only one that gets to use 2 elements becauae if any other element like pyro or hydro gets to use 2 elements, then supports are useless now, it'd be hella broken. I dont agree we should have a aanother character than can use 2 elements other than anemo characters only
I've always had the idea of a dual type character but it works like this;
Character has a pocket watch that holds 2 visions out of all different types by holding special you enter a mode where you can choose what elements you want to use with a 1 second cooldown. Their burst is them freezing time (every is frozen including timers) for a short period of time where you pile up damage then after it finishes all that damage is dealt to the enemy as one attack that can be crited.
Each element also gives off a bonus built around that build be it CD,CR,EM,healing bonus,damage reduction,etcetera
