Guys I just just started playing genshin the community is so nice and kind! There are so many events and stuff to do! I don't have a gambling addiction… I got neuvilette c69 f2p and the only thing I don't like about the game is the music… Oh and also yesterday I got 3 artifacts with 45 cv each !!!! I've only been farming for three days!!!!!!
Immediately after i started playing genshin 2 years ago i knew how SHIT the community was, i never went to co-op because of it, never argued in the comments in the beginning because i was afraid to get harassed due to my opinions, and I'm actually happy i stayed away from co-op, genshin is legit my favourite game no matter how many cons i see in it and even tho I'm a gamer and play many other games regularly i will still be here at 40 maining kinich or wrio. (Also ppl in the English community might not know this, but the russian side of this fandom is for some reason Very competitive with the English one, always bringing down creators, telling stories incorrectly just to spread misinformation, and i find them to be way more toxic due to my own experience, that's why i moved to the English side, although it's not so much better)
I mean the comunity is nice i personaly gave been in the comunity for a very long time and i never meet someone mean exept if i look at the livestream chat…
Eh I mean the last one is close enough to my experience. I crafted a flower and it rolled 40cv, then got another one of the same set a few runs later and it rolled 48cv
I feel like community can go both ways. There are genuinely nice people out there that are Genshin player, but I think it's because we're so focus on the toxic players that it becomes a meme or a saying of sort that "Genshin does not have a nice community."
genshin player would NEVER say "crit value" cuz usually it implies one of two things: you're either a minmaxer or a whale, both of which are doing ANYTHING but playing genshin
For me everyone in the community is nice and welcoming because for years i acted like this game was a high security vault and never played co op ever and never looked at online content ever. So the entire community was just my brother who introduced me to the game
The community is honestly like a mixed bag of Every Flavor Beans, theres a lot of good ones but sometimes you get stuff like Earwax (Harrp Potter refernce for those who don't know)
For instance, my first co-op experiemce was a bunch of people joining and instantly teleporting to steal mats from natlan and nodkrai, not even a hello My friend's literal first experience was with 3 friendly people helping him explore and find chests and just chatting all casual.

And I currently have 3 C2 characters on my Account, and they all basically came back-to-back (Wanderer from Sumeru Chronicled, Durin release and Columbina release), so I COULD have TECHNICALLY gotten a C6. (I didn't though since they are all my favs and I wanted all)
As a f2p I have been working towards C6 furina for the last 2 years. I have C4 rn and I think I will definitely C6 her next rerun for which I am very excited.
Bad community some amazing people I sometimes have an addiction to gamble because of a previous or new character, so that's Y I play more than 1 game or account. As a HSR im saving for SW999 1 copy I want. Genshin i more gamble. But after Varka I slowed down little bit No C6 still f2p 😂 Quest LONG some Boring 😴 What do we have so much to do in Genshin ? Not including wonderland Lil events to no events Bored 4 weeks from 6 weeks Some amazing music 👍 Farming PAIN RNG Hell
