Even if a 5-star is confirmed for the standard banner (like Tighnari, Dehya, or Mizuki), they ALWAYS debut on the limited banner first with Intertwined Fates!

      It's pretty obvious they changed it, because his mechanics are difficult and he isn't very easy to use but is still able to be used in many teams. I kinda think of him like Dehya in that sense. But he definitely should not he limited because people won't pull for him.

      My problem is the 60 PULLS FOR A 2 5* PATCH??? WHAT IS THIS MADNESS BRO there should be at least 120 pulls per patch if they wanna do this nonsense

      The ONLY wishes ive ever done on the standard banner were the ones that you get for free like from doing daily quests.

      Yall I think they changed him to limited last mintue because of his popularlity in the fandom. They may have initally been skeptical when making Lohen, and wondering how many people would like his character or would he be niche. But yeah he has been successful popular wise. Soo limited character he becomes

      He was definitely planned to be standard, I refuse to believe he wasn't, those cons are ROUGH for a limited five star. He was either changed to limited late into development or Hoyoverse just decided that Lohen deserved to be DOA for whatever reason
