I think in inazuma, the enkanomiya can answer this question, as we know enkanomiya's ppl worshiped two primary deities with one being orobashi a serpent that came to Inazuma after escaping from liyue battle ground cuz of zhongli and other being is a mythical creature also referred as "mythical serpent" named ouroboros, which was described as the a primordial force and is infinitely long, if we take this in account to real world the word ouroboros is referred to the dragon or serpent that os biting its own tail creating a ring like structure that represents infinity. So yea a possible answer to this question about who is inazumas orginal dragon? In my opinion its ouroboros and we might see in near future. And with this another question arises about where it resides?
