A had a Hydro goblet for Neuvillette (of marechausse, Idk how to write the name) with CD, CR, hp% and EM. Everything went to EM.
In the other hand, my Xilonen's Df% circlet had 35% CD and 3.9% CR.

ye, i had a hp% sand for my neuvi, with 4 stats already, crit % and dmg also. And all i got was atk % and atk 😢😢😢😢😢

I probably wouldn't have bothered with that artifact unless it's a temporary solution for a new character until I get a better one. If it's mainstat is hp, then the character does not need atk and def (probably) so it already has two wasted substats.
