Third??????? 😨 (what I want to say is that mavuika technically doesn’t need to fight enemies to charge her burst. If you are around an enemy and hold her skill. Her burst will charge while she rides her motorcycle. You do still have to be in combat to do this but you don’t have to hit the enemy in order to do it.)

What about venti? He gets 15 energy c0 once his burst ends, regardless of enemies/combat statis. Its not like Skirk's, but its something lol
