Neuvi my heart would say but the more I look at it the only character that aknowledge that the Traveler is from another world is Zhongli
It is Neuvillete, the first hint literally made it a 1 in 3, with only 1 not being shown
Neuvillete can apply hydro to himeslf with the idle animation so its him!
Skirk, right? She doesn't have a vision and she knows Traveler from another world cuz she aint from this one either (i think). Or Neuvillete, since he's not a real human and (kind of) all-knowing being. I guess we'll have to leave this to the judgment of the Oratrice Mecanique d'Analyse Cardinale
