that those enhancements were real. These characters became significantly stronger, with 
some returning to the core meta, and one even receiving a signature weapon that pushed them 
back into competitive relevance. As for Liyue, the buffs are expected to include Zhongli, Xiao, 
Hu Tao, and Ganyu, with strong expectations that Zhongli will also receive a new signature weapon
