The real reason a skip button doesn't exist in Genshin Impact is to prevent bot farming accounts from spamming through all of the content and then selling those accounts to other people. It's literally to prevent financial loss. Sadly, it's just impossible to have a true skip button in this game by design. Or at least, that's the explanation that I… know of.

As a day 1 free to play player with 3 accounts I never wanted or needed a skip button tbh. I like to replay old regions just to refresh my memory or play with characters i didnt normally pull for. Like I have a fatui only account that Iβve been saving on and if I wanted to I could c6 sandrone but I still need to pull child and wander since I forgot about them/ saved for Bina and got her and weapon with 30 pulls (10 for bina and 20 for weapon)
