Fontainians were 'sinners' because Egiera turned her people from oceanids to people, it was considered the greatest sin and she was punished, since the people kf Fontaine are Oceanids and will dissolve in primordial sea water, Celestia made it so Fontaine would flood with primordial sea water and all the people would be turned back to oceanids, there was no use for a nail, but after Focalor destroyed the hydro throne and Neuvi regained his authority, he forgave the sin of the people of Fontaine, turning them to actual humans and preventing them from being able to dissolve, but the heavenly principles are asleep, so they couldn't place a nail over Fontaine
So, since Primordial Sea is not a threat anymore to Fontaine citizens, does that mean that Fontaine is now the safest place in Teyvat?

Fontaines just so good we don't need a nail
No, that's not the reason. The thing is primodial sea is a holy soil (part of original teyvat from nibelung era) but it already seal away by neuvillette twice, and the abyss problem is already got solved. The reason why there's no celestial nail is because fountain got no threat towards phanes (got no tech like hyperborea or other old civilization, the holy soil is already sealed away to the lower layer of fountain and abyss interference is not that strong).
about that well…..since focalor death theres no reasons to target a nation that no longer belong to god hood and their progess to the nation is no longer needed bcs their entire civilization decided to stay the way they are now same as nod krai and since columbina is other type of good and not a archon they don't see it as a treat same as fontain crazzy right
That's the reasons after completed 7.1 Archon Quest, i'm moved and doing daily commissions in Fontaine every day because there is no Celestial Nail, Fontaine is the safest nation of Teyvat

Actually… we discover that instead of punishment, Celestial Nails has another role in Teyvat. They supress Holy Soil – an elemental rich environment / light realm, perfect for dragons but toxic for humans. They were put down to create and uphold Human Realm, especially in place where Holy Soil was problem again and the barier between Light and Void Realm weak. Sometimes, it was because humans' actions sometimes do not. For example, in Natlan, it helps with the lay line problem in Shneznaya with Cryo Dragon power (Hyperborea people tap into it's power). In Fontaine, we don't have this issue. As I remember, Remuria didn't tap into Abyssal power, and Primodial Sea was protected by Egeria for her "people" reason, too.

Well no the primordia sea was not for that
Because firstly, the people of Fontaine weren’t supposed to exist, the first Hydro Archon
Saw the Oceanids desire to go on land so against the heavenly principles she injected primordial water
Into them which would allow them to form into humans the heavenly principles do not like that
So they made the prophecy that eventually the water from the primordial sea will rise dissolve all people are Fontaine
Leaving the Hydro Archon weeping on her throne because when the people are Fontaine get exposed to primordial water
They will dissolve back into Oceanids and because they expected soon enough Fontaine to be flooded they did not need a celestial nail
So they just didn’t include it Because they all won’t be able to get to the state where the nail is needed anyways since they would turn back into Oceanids
Which obviously they didn’t account for the Hydro Archon to execute herself destroying the divine throne leaving the Hydro Sovereign to forgive the sins of the people of Fontaine
By turning the primordial water into blood so there is not a nail there due to those reasons and it’s not like in reaction they can do anything about it because they’re asleep
I thought that in HP's eyes right now Fontaine would have be in floods and there's nothing living according to the prophecy, because how the Hydro Archon and Furina put on the "play" for the HP to see.
I think the literal reason is that they just don’t have one. The nails were use to cleanse the abyss and Fontaine never had an issue with it.
Fontain peoples are not Celestia creation and there Orgin handed over to Dragons but still Primodial one Plan success hydro Dragon accept humans at end So nail no needs 😮😮😮
Punishment isn't the main purpose of the Celestial Nails; it's a consequence. They are dropped to contend with Holy Soil, which is produced by a high density of Light Realm or Void energies. Dragons, for example, the corpse of the Cryo Dragon, actively propagate it, which takes the form of rampant Cryo energy. The Nails, when activated, in theory, refine the Holy Soil into other energies, which is what happened atop Dragonspine; it turned Holy into Cryo and changed the ecosystem of the entire mountain.
That's just the most logical for now. If HO really loved humanity, why would it unleash such devastating blow if it already knows there's going to be one, with as low dmg as possible.
It's like if you're an insect Lover and and Ant bites you, would you go your way to destroy their whole life? Or just let them get destroyed by the impending flood?
Eh for Fontaine it could be that the holy soil is way under? Coz the nails also suppress energy from teyvat(light realm energy) coz its toxic to humans

Main reason for using celestial nail is when abyss is too much to handle or someone has gotten forbidden knowledge.
Fontaine never had any of these problems. Fontaine doesn't have abyss contamination. So nail was never used on fontaine. It's as simple as that.
If heavenly principles ever felt like punishing fontaine civilization, they would have punished just like how they punished khanriah. I meant to say that heavenly principles won't use nail just to punish a civilization.
